The passion began in the kitchen cooking at local restaurants to the passion of working out and teaching myself how important of a role food is hand in hand with working out.
As I began to prep my own health conscious meals to test myself of the strict diet while pushing myself to the limits with my body, I knew I found my purpose. The purpose of cooking people the healthy meals I was cooking for myself and to share with them how good our bodies were designed to feel everyday for long lasting energy. Over the course of 2 years as an in-home personal chef and working at a health food store, the passion grew immensely and I knew I was capable of reaching more people and seriously making an impact on more people. The passion was my vehicle that drove me everyday. I was obsessed with creating the plan of how I was going to start this meal prep service WHILE working at the job(s) I was currently at. Quickly after I had made the ultimate decision where I wanted to take my idea, I left my job. Definitely still not ready or planned, it was a relief and nerve-racking but it was those moments I wasn’t ready but at the same time those moments are all the right moment to dive in . Fast forward one year later, I am still learning and growing with my business. I have cooked for hundreds all by myself week after week, and have impacted thousands over social media. I do not plan to quit at anytime. It’s more fuel to the burning desire everyday. Times when I feel and have felt at a total loss, overwhelmed or discouraged were the most challenging times, but to know what I desired most kept me in the game to overcome the challenges and to listen to the ones who I was helping and making the impact on!
